City Hash 2.0
Hello fellow cityhashers! Welcome to the HashBlog! This feature will allow you, as the web user, to participate in the development of this site by reading and writing blog entries. This could include any bulletin-board messages that you'd like everyone to know about (upcoming hash social events, pub crawls etc), updated information on your run if you're hareing soon, comments on the last run or pub; or simply if you'd just like to write messages to others to keep in touch.
Reading messages
If you'd like to read the HashBlog!, simply click the link below (or above). Note that blog entries are in chronological reverse-order. There is also a Search function and older messages can be found in the Archive.
You can also add comments to existing blog entries by selecting Add Comment.
Writing messages
If you'd like to write a new blog entry, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the link below
- Select Login from the sidebar
- Enter the Username and Password (**see below) and click Submit
- Select Add Entry from the sidebar
- Enter a Subject and type your message. Note that you can upload images (ie photos) too!
- Click Post when you're finished
** IMPORTANT **
Now, to avoid any old random punter coming along and writing entries in our blog, I've only provided the Username below. The Password is the answer to a question that only a true hasher would know:
Username: cityhasher
Password: **what does a hare normally use to lay the trail with ?
**note: Make sure you sign your name after your message, otherwise no one will know who has written the message! Also, remember that this is a public domain, so please keep the language clean.
